Item names still in japanese.

I just updated the game, but the items were in japanese, so I clicked that little circle thing in the top left corner of the tweaker, and updated the english and large file patches. But the item names are still in japanese, any help would be greatly appreciate.

try to click at orb > plugin, make sure the item translation is checked
