Anyone else not getting campaign rewards?

At the moment we are getting the rewards for the "Buy Premium Set Campaign #11"
That would be 6 Ragol Memories.
Instead I got absolutely nothing.
Even though I got the 90 day premium set precisely for this campaign cause I normally wouldn't have gotten another premium set till this month, shortly before my previous set expired.

I noticed this before, campaigns I should have gotten rewards for like purchasing AC / spending AC and I simply never got the reward.
And yes, I made sure to do exactly as described on bumped and within the required time frame.

Is that a common thing? Among non-jps? Or am I just as unlucky as usual?

Is there even any way I can complain about this without risking Sega to pay more attention to my account than I want them to?

As far as I know, the reward for that campaign supposed to be a few weeks after it's ended ._.

Yes, and all the campaigns I mentioned were weeks, if not months ago.
And for all of them bumped announced rewards would be distributed already.
And every time I got nothing.

Looked on every campaign reward? Account group.
I believe it's ...... sorted based on expiry date?

I believe I saw Ragol on my campaign reward (took 2 for head)

Wait till like mid/late December. If I recall correctly some campaign rewards including some Ragol Memory ones should be distributed by then.

Yeah, I checked every option for rewards.
The other ones I mentioned were like half a year ago.

There was a campaign like if you logged in 5 times or + in a period you should get a ragol memory.

The fall one give you 1 memory if you login 10 days within the period. 5 days is just grind success 100%.
