what to do with item drop

Umm sorry newbie here
I know rare drop
I am confused what best things to do to item drop
Theres so many option: sell it both to npc or player shop, or give it to mag, use as fodder etc

Usually i sell all unit drop that less than 4 slot
But for 10* unit we can recycle 5 unit into grinder

That make me thinking which one is more provitable
is it better to desync 10* unit or convert it into grinder?

Grinders.
You're not selling either cause the market is flooded with min price for both. So might as well get grinders and npc them, crafting materials sell only for like 10 meseta.

Better though, cube all 10* and 11* weapons and use the cubes to affix / grind better gear.

Turn 10*s into excubes. An excube can be turned into 30 grinders but also has other uses.

Unless they have potentially good affixes (modulator from clones, flict/alter from XQ, units from boss drops), I usually don't even bother picking up below 10* rarity weapons and units.
