any guide on how to set it up along with the english patch

im lost i downloaded the english installer as well as the tweaker and i have no clue what im doing i install the game put in my id try to select a ship than something pops up

What to do when it keeps checking files everytime you overwrite with the english patch files? It keeps replacing the patch files with the OG japanese everytime i start the game after copying the files for me.
