    Default Orbit weapon potentials , your thoughts?

    Pot1

    - when sheathed : natural PP recovery +180%
    - when unsheathed : natural PP recovery -100%
    - always active : increase attack pp recovery 60%, dmg 13%

    Pot2

    - when sheathed : natural pp recovery -60%
    - when unsheathed : natural pp recovery +20%
    - always active : increase attack pp recovery 40%, dmg 8%


    what weapons do you think would be suitable with these pots?

    JP swiki commenters seem to like Pot1 for the launcher.
    Haven't looked at any other one.

    Orbit sword is like Ely sion ver 2.0. IMHO Orbit sword>else (even austere one). Still wondering if the potentials will boost photon blade pp regen because if it does then deband pp restorate and 60% extra pp is...

    yep i'm liking pot1 on launcher

    DB could also be a good choice, but i'm unsure about it

    So for Type-1, it lists +180%. That usually means x2.8 times the speed from how it's usually listed on swiki. When I saw the initial video of someone on Twiitter that had the potential right after the first TD4, it only seemed to be roughly x2 the speed. So either that was only lv1 potential, or the +180% is actually only +80%, for 180% of the base's speed. Would be great if it's x2.8.

    I'm planning to get an Orbit Talis with Type-1 potential purely for use as a utility weapon to recover PP fast during down-time (or if three's a cluster of enemies to throw a talis through), since the potential sucks horribly for tech users to actually use the Talis for offense.
    Type-1 seems good for a Bow, too, since most of the time when you have a Bow drawn, you'll most likely be either charging a PA or performing the attack with a PA (neither of which lets you auto-recover PP during, anyway). If you're not doing that, then you'll probably be using normals under Rapid Shoot to recover PP (in which case Type-1 acts as a slightly weaker Spirit Radiance potential).

    sword/bow depend on situation and how good you are at keeping up attack. Anyway, just my opinion, i've given up on sword/bow for long time, so i don't know how they are in these days
    P/S: I will just go for Austere launcher, orbit launcher sounds good at first, but it's still a trap

    Well, maybe pot 1 for Tech user isn't so bad either? Especially if you're under PP Convert?

    Maybe switching to other weapon type - return to Orbit for instant sheathed position?

    Since .... recovering 200 PP in the span of around 2s seems pretty good. Granted, only when PP Convert is on, and you got a ton of PP pool.
