- Log in here.

- If you haven't change your password for a long time, you should be directed to this page. Choosing the left one will take you to Change Password page. If you dont see this, ignore this.

After logging in you'll be directed to SEGA Service page. Look at the top and pick the left option.

- You need to fill your personal information and your email address. Pick one of the three above (in order : name, date of birth, secret question). And enter your email address below.

I have been trying to log in to change my email. However I keep getting this error:

Google translator says it's something related to the information I inputted. Aren't SEGA ID and password those same you use to log in the game? I don't think it's about the captcha since the error is different when you fail the captcha.

i was getting that message sometimes too when i messed up typing few times captcha, had to wait some time to be able to login, i think like 20 minutes
