I can get onto my main and secondary fine enough, but for some reason after the intro videos when creating a new character it kinda just sits me at what would be the race/class selection screen, but there's no menu.

I had this issue also. Fixed it by launching the original launcher and doing a file check, Then starting and I made a char np
