Just to be sure, katana damage is registering correctly, yes? I just got into using this, and I want to make sure if it's working properly before I assume dealing ~50% of a pug mpa's damage is normal for me.

To the best of my knowledge, all damage is tracked correctly: it's pugs, if you care about the game you should expect to be overperforming. Katana Combat Finish means that Braver is particularly prone to scoring wasted "overkill" damage while mobbing, though, so keep that in mind.

I intentionally stop using KF for the past week just to see it. Not much changed :/

the program doesnt work. it tell me to choose my pso2bin folder but when i click ok, it said it need a valid pso2 installation and then it close itself.

3 people did not have blaster installed on their AIS.

This has only happened to 3 people so far and I have absolutely no idea why. Next release will use a different method of displaying the folder dialog, which should hopefully clean things up.
