it will likely be choppy, even compared to other ultrabook CPUs the N3700 is pretty bad

Years ago, I started PSO2 with just an AMD A10 5800K (integrated graphics, no GPU at the time). It was able to run at 720p medium settings @ about 40fps during lobbies or small amounts of enemies on screen. Would struggle greatly to stay above 25fps during certain weather / PSE effects & 12-man MPAs with more than three Forces were just a FrameSkip nightmare.
The Pentium N3700 is quite a bit weaker than a 5800K. Including the integrated graphics performance.

Realistically, you're gonna have to play on Low settings & turn off quite a few of the lighting/shader effects to get a playable framerate with an N3700.
I would strongly recommend looking at higher-grade hardware.
Spoiler!
i actually own a gaming desktop pc just wanted to know if the cheap notebook i got for basically just surfing the web could run this guess ill have to play on my desktop then
Notebooks are not good for gaming.
