Black Screen when launching PSO2

Let me get this out of the way before im told this. Yes ik there are threads on this issue already even i made one and with the suggested solutions like checking the missing files or gameguard error fix, still didnt make a difference so I had no choice but to download an older version of tweaker and not update it everytime i launched it and it solved the problem. The recent PSO2 update made me update my tweaker tho so now im running into this problem again and I would go back and download the older Tweaker version but the english patch/large/story on top of the item translations werent working properly so i had no choice but to update tweaker. Is anyone still getting this problem tho?
