Living Like the Stars on EP3 is the one played during the false end of 3-7.
The EP3 one is more....uh, 'mellow'. And only instrumentals AFAIK

The code selection is rather disappointing compared to the Ep2 book. I doubt many people care about Xiao's outfit or hairstyle, but only having the Living on Like Stars remix rather than the proper ending theme, Hello, sucks. I wish I knew when Hello would be added, it's not from the Ep3 artbook, the Vol 4 soundtrack, the Ep4 PS4/PC/Vita release or any of Blu-Ray volumes.

"Hello" comes from the 7/11 kuji tickets. That doesn't start until 4/1.
