Despite it being irritating when you end up being grouped with players you don't like for one reason or another - you cannot expect other people to play the way you would always want them to.
As unpopular as it may be, that is ultimately the truth.
All you can do is try to play with groups you know, and because that is not always possible you will sometimes have to put up with sub par MPAs.

I play Bo/Br, I selected a perfectly valid game option, and never got any complaints on my performance, never disturbed anyone. If it bothers you that much to the point you're not having fun, leave, because:

It's EASY! Just go: Tweaker -> [!] button -> Other tasks -> Enable Large Address Aware, and you're DONE! Just remember to do it EVERY UPDATE!
