New windows, can't get game working

Having trouble since installing windows 7 on my new gaming pc, basically can't get pso2 to run I think my directories are messed up and when I try to use the jp installer makes me download 41k files.

I used the tweaker to check files I was messing 6000 which I did redownload and it does allow me to login the game and slected my character however when I get into the tunnel Im forever suck in worm hole void (tunnel loading screen)

I have anti virus off and firewall off
I deleted gameguard file and used tweaker fix gameguard erros
I have tried the missing files option too.

Hi, I must have been really tired when I posted my original post. its like a 2 year old wrote that. Anyway, somehow I got it to work I did someone with the jp launcher and let it check the 41k files and it was going fast for some reason. I must have placed one of the files in the right directory.
