Black Screen after switching graphics cards

I recently switched my GTX 750 Ti for a GTX 970, now I encounter a black screen with audio when I start up the game. The game worked perfectly before hand.

I've tried multiple different things to remedy this problem, including:

All the options in the Troubleshooting tab in the Tweaker
Lowered my Graphics settings
Made sure PSO2 and the Tweaker are allowed through Windows Defender and my Firewall
Launched PSO2 without the Tweaker
Rolled back my drivers
Stopped unnecessary processes
Reinstalled the game

I'm at a loss at what else I could do at the moment, does anyone have some other suggestions I can try?

usually the usual uninstall can't really do proper cleaning.
Try use DDU for wiping the VGA drivers then install the driver again.
