How to unlock special crafts?

How do you do it? The achievements window is a bit confusing to read, although maybe it's because I'm just super tired and some of it is in Japanese.

To answer, ex3 special recipes are unlocked once you reach lv20 in Weapon Extension.
Craft a special ex3 once, unlock ex8 of equivalent type.
Craft a special ex8 once, unlock ex10 of equivalent type.
