So I started playing PSO again after i while and wonder if anyone has any good tips to gain fast exp. I have TTF on my meamory card is that the best way to lvl in general?
Also if any one knows how exp stealing weapon work? Read somewhere that you gain more if you're an Android. But it feels like everytime i use them they were terrible.

TTF is the best way to get exp on GC. For general play, Episode 2 does offer more EXP if you get burnt out.

Generally, EXP stealing weapons isn't going to be worth it. Besides using something like a Final Impact on the recoboxes in the first room of The West Tower (I think), leveling through EXP stealing will be slower than questing. Not to mention ridiculously boring. Casts are extra effective on specials like paralysis, insta-kill, and exp-stealing. I believe they are able to steal 30% more than a human or newman. But yeah, they're still pretty bad overall.
