Items are not translated by Tweaker

I got an error message from the tweaker, and it told me to post up the pastebin URL here, i guess? http://pastebin.com/efjmwaat

Not sure why my items aren't being translated anymore. I get the aforementioned error message when I try to update the item translation plug-in. And whenever I load up the tweaker, I get this message:

"Beginning plugin update...
ERROR - Cannot create a file when that file already exists."

Soooo yeah... anyone know how I can fix this? I've tried running the tweaker with my antivirus disabled, and I've used all of the Tweaker's troubleshooting options, to no avail. -___-

From what I currently know you have to delete the plugins folder where your tweaker is and it will redownload them and then you click on the orb and on the bottom of the menu you'll see a plugins button. You'll click on it and you'll see this screen: Check the item patch plugin and click save and you'll be good.
