English Item Patch not working?

Whenever I play the game, items and weapons and armors are still in japanese. I've checked and the tweaker says my plugins are all fully updated, but in-game items, weapons, and armors aren't in english. Does anyone know why this might be? The Tweaker says the item patch is compatible and working, but for me it's not.

Try deleting the Plugins folder located in your pso2_bin. That should force the Tweaker to download a new version that should (hopefully) work properly.

Did u put PSO2 and the Tweaker as exclusion on your Antivirus.
