Ships are all unknown

So coming back from a short break from the game and I tried to log on. sadly when I tried on July 22nd all of the ships were unknown, I chalked that up to server maintenance. however, I tried logging on today on the 26th and am having the same issues. Are the servers down for some reason or is it a problem on my end? I am on PC if that makes a difference. Thank you.

The servers were under Maintenance again from 7PM PDT to 1AM PDT, they have regular weekly maintenance.
