Game Crashing, Graphics Weirding Out

I've been getting some weird lighting issue for a while on NPCs sometimes:

This happens running at graphics 6, no nvidia inspector changes whatsoever, completely stock. Changing the options in game (lighting etc) does not resolve this.

Now, today after the update, I've been crashing. I sometimes see people running around COMPLETELY white like it couldn't load the texture, and shortly after the game crashes. I did all the file checks in the tweaker and everything looks okay, and it still occurs.

Any idea why this is happening, and what I could do? Graphics card is not overheating, every other game is fine, and I was fine besides the awkward lighting before this update.

EDIT: Alt tabbing out and in once resolves the lighting issues. Allowing PSO2.exe to use >2GB address space resolved textures.
