No but apparently, people are still expecting they can play the Switch version from outside Japan.
They should prepare for disappoitment.

Switch is region free, and it's even less difficult to set up a Japanese user account on it than it is to do so on PS4 and Vita. I doubt it's going to be an issue.

I think its more of a question of latency since it is basically streaming the game; I imagine it will be playable, but precision timing for things like dodging may suffer somewhat.
Oh, most likely, but I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to get all the rewards from it and then never touch the switch version again.
