Possible to get starter PSO2 hunter outfit in PS-NOVA?

is the black starter hunter outfit from pso2 available to obtain in phantasy star nova?

during the intro chapter of phantasy star nova where the delta variant spaceship crashes on the planet, i remember seeing a couple of dead hunters lying on the ground and all of them were wearing the regular hunter outfit from pso2. so can i get those hunter outfits later on in the game?

I think it might have only been DLC related. I have the DLC and noticed that I had the costume in my inventory.

You just need to level up your Costume Shop. I’m not sure what level you need to get it to as I don’t have a male character but anything non-story NPCs wear is available through the base game.
