What is "Luster"?
-The 4th Successor Class is a high speed action class that utilizes Gunslashes
-Does not have access to techniques, however it will have support techs through special actions and class skills
-Has three different elemental styles it can swap between
-When used as a subclass, it enhances regular Gunslash combat
The Class has 3 Styles of combat
-Fomel Style
--An offensive style with hard hitting attacks
--When Just Attacking, gain a sturdy effect
-Zandi Style
--A speed oriented style
--Increases PA attack speed
--Upon evading an attack, perform a PA counter
-Baran Style
--A more defensive style
--Increases guard points on PAs
--Successful Just Guards will decrease received damage and increase normal attack strength

--Gain +1 Voltage from activating Stay Arts

Extra Details
-Luster will only be able to use Gunslashes. It can swap between three different elemental styles as well.
-Luster cannot use techniques. Certain techniques can be cast from special weapon actions/skills.
-Even when used as a subclass, the support effects from "Luster Voltage" will still apply to Gunslash.
-"Sub Luster GS Boost" will also further enhance Gunslash gameplay when Luster is used as a sub
-Luster will not have a class instructor nor will it have a training quest.

-Will feature a "Smart PA" system to assist you while playing.

-Zandi Dodge Advanced: Increased duration and Gear accumulation
-All Atk Lu: Power increase to the following (At Lv10):
Strike power: 155% → 170%

-Lu Weapon Bonus 2: Power Lowered (At Lv10) (this is done in return for All Atk buff)

Reference trees as usual, if you don't like it, change things around as needed.
-Voltage Reset Heal
Seems fine at just 5 SP, it's a pretty good noticeable chunk of recovery when you let it reset (happens during downtimes). Personally don't think you need this maxed out.
-Deband Disorder
Essentially useless when you have Xie SE weapons or Lumi Gunni. Just put the required 3SP in to max out Shifta Gauge Boost
-Complete Rest
I think 1SP is more than enough especially if you already have a PP Battery anyways but basically you don't really need to grab this skill.
-Amplified Assist
If you're apart of the SDB club you can ignore this skill. If not, you may need to tune the amount that you think you need based on your playstyle for when you proc S/D on yourself. The faster you build Voltage (every 100 Vs), the better S/D upkeep you have.
-Slash Fall/Rise
This is something you'll find out if you like one or the other or both when you play. I personally find Slash Fall annoying so I have that blank.
-Purge Style
At face value you might wonder why grab this but it helps end your combo with a big bang of dmg going into no element for a small amount of time. It's worth grabbing. Activate it by tapping the WA fast twice
Style Meta
Spoiler!All around, the 3 Styles feel great. Pick your favorite and improve with it.
At the moment, a lot of people agree on:
Fomel > Zandi > Barants
-Fomel --- bossing > mobbing
-Zandi --- mobbing > bossing
-Barants --- bossing = mobbing (being the safe play choice akin to Etoile, able to do what the other 2 styles do but slightly less than them)

New and returning players should work on Stil/Pyras series by running Divide Quest or any 15* weapon campaign going on. Starter weapons: Dim series. Alternatively, if you run Primordial Darkness enough, you can exchange for an Ayer weapon (cap is at +30) from Zieg instead.
Units
New players can grab Novel Units via 2020 weapon badges earned from the daily featured LQ or ongoing campaigns and work toward upgrading them into Liberate. Can also make Schvelle units too if you want, otherwise aim for other series currently out (Persona EQ drops stones in exchange for Light Stream units) via drops or exchanged.

Feng Banthers DPS chart, do note there are things that aren't taken into account like Phrase Decay being a factor into this so take the info as you will. Common Questions
Spoiler!1. Is Luster a S or R attack based class?
A.) It's an R attack based class despite the weapon sharing S atk
2. How does Gunslash Ability Plus work?
A.) Just like Etoiles Wand Ability Plus skill, it will take the highest atk affixed (S or R) on the weapon and adds that into R atk. So if your GS has 100/80 S/R attack, it will treat the 100 S atk as R and adds it to your total R atk. Does not matter what you decide to affix higher, it will still treat it as R atk.
3. What kind of Mag should I make?
A.) Works like Hr & Et's mag skill, so as long as its not Dex you are fine.
4. What kind of affixes should I focus on?
A.) The class is R atk based so use R atk
5. Will I need more than one GS with different elements for each style?
A.) I suggest getting some lower tier weapons with different elements and trying the Styles out first on Rockbear training. See what you like and stick to the Styles you want. You can make all 3 GS's if you want to play every style.
6. What about S4: Genesis Ring?
A.) I really don't recommend this unless you don't care about your Crit Ring, you're not only losing Ring dmg/crit rate but also a S4 dmg slot on your GS (Raising Pursuit for example). If you're okay with lowering your overall dmg some and carrying 3 extra R rings with you then i suppose you can do it.
7. How do I activate Quick Shoot?
A.) After using your 4th normal attack, hit the WA (weapon action) key
8. Max out Deband Disorder?
A.) No, just allocate the 3 SP to max out Shifta Gauge Boost. If you need something to proc an SE, use a Xie SE weapon or Lumi Gunni.
9. How to use Attack Enhance
A.) Just hold your normal attack button and then release (consumes 1 gauge bar). Fomel; Jellen Spear, Zandi; Wind Tornado that acts like Zondeel but way better, Barants; Creates an AoE that damages anything inside it.
