It all depends on the enemy, the spell and it's resistance for it. But out of a complete guess off the top of my head, i'd say about 11 more dammage per level for simple attacks... for the rest i don't know.

the formulas are:

(Tech level power + mst) / 5 x weapon bonus x guard bonus x character bonuses x (1 - resistance /100 of enemy)

or

(mst + power) / 5x (100 - tolerance of enemy) %

These spells have damage/effect set per level

* Megid * Anti * Shifta * Deband
* Jellen * Zalure

* Megid
(Success ratio every of LV depends on darkness resistance of enemy)
