    Default hopes for the future...

    Things i want (as well as others more than likely) in NGS....
    Personal and alliance quarters
    personal quarters could be a futuristic, circular or rectangular, white room. Changing the theme to say idk naverius forests would change the room to appear to be outside on the planet neverius just enclosed by a circle of vegetation with maybe a path way acting as the door or a portal type of door.
    this is great to really help players relax whereever they feel like whenever in the comfort of their own personal quarters..
    could acquire something to watch concerts and movies on for the buffs..
    it would be the same for alliance quarters but on maybe a slightly larger scale....
    personal and alliance quarters can be changed to be either circular or rectangular...

    More food options
    using rare ingredients or a mixture of rare and regular you can make actual dishes which you can carry around as items and refresh your food buffs whenever in addition to having more convenient dishes..

    Weapons
    there are so many great weapon potentials that id love to use at maximum level (ex. resurgir)
    as much as id love to have to grind my way to the top with weapons that only increase in bp before getting to the good potentials, i have another pretty good idea..
    Add a way to increase the level requirement as well as the rarity for a weapon or just add mk2 3 etc versions of series at higher levels... this way is better because if you find out what weapon works for your playstyle early on you wont be held back by potentially never having access to that weapon in later levels as it is essentially useless.
    you could always try new things and im sure they will come up with some meta series that will make classes simple to play at the end of the game, but not everyone wants to play the same potential or have the same gear setup for their weapon..

    Smooth leveling
    urgent quests no longer pop up three at a time but once at a time randomly at increased intervals to further encourage re-experiencing previous urgent quests..
    urgent quests have the appropriate level difficulties to bring most or all urgent quests close to end-game level of difficulty and gains
    higher difficulty level quests can drop higher level loot from pretty much any zone....

    I hate to be mean about to you but if you read up or watched NGS streams then you would know My/Team rooms are coming back but they're working on making them new, not exactly the same. i really dont think you or anyone else should be excited for this to come back since this should have been here from the start and its something they removed and now decide theyre going to add back.

    They're likely to add more after Halpha, whether they'll actually let you carry the dishes around next is up in the air which be very nice to have but frankly a 4hr food buff isn't that big a deal to stop and eat again after its gone. i do agree though, food expansion would be great.

    never going to happen unless they decide to create a series that allows a set amount of potential to be added to it toward the end of the games life. they sort of want to get ppl to play a certain way by releasing pots the way they do. its unnecessary work theyre not going to do with how things are right now

    not happening, the goal for sega is to push new players to the endgame asap and the other goal was to get people to stop living around a EQ schedules so at some people could just end up going around that. not to mention no ones going to want to keep having to jump to every EQ almost every hour when they want to do something else. having the choice what EQ you want to do is going to stay, no one wants to be locked to doing only one specific EQ for the sake of re-experiencing it. Zones need to have a reason outside EXP to farm so eliminating their rare options shouldnt be a thing

    Did NGS start with my/team rooms? or you saying NGS started without my/team rooms, which is not the same as 'removing' my/team rooms if NGS started without my/team rooms in the first place. being a new game, not every PSO2 feature would carry over at launch. but if they did remove them after NGS launch maybe they removed them to improve them?

    And different people have different expectations and solutions, but the devs know they have to be careful cause one solution could upset others, cause it may improve it for others but may make things not as favorable for others. so they have to consider different viewpoints. And hey, did PSO2 have a slicer weapon class? haven't noticed those since the PSU update that patched in slicer weapon online. those are so cool. they are different from traditional PS slicers/slashers/boomerangs, but very innovative and awesome.

    there are legendary characters that used slicers/slashers in PS series including Anna, Alys and Kyra. it is strange its been so long but the devs haven't made slicer a weapon class, have they? it would make PSO2 and NGS stand out more and cooler.

    my text cannot be anymore clearer than what I said: My/Team Rooms were NOT released or included with NGS during launch or NOW for whatever reason which people have been wanting from the start. The Dev team expressed that if they're going to bring them BACK to NGS, they want to improve on the My/Team room aspect.

    I will standby firmly no matter what anyone else says: NO ONE should be excited for something that was removed by the Devs (aka not included from the start) only to bring it back because "oh we didnt know they wanted this still" or any other features we had in base game from the start as well.

    Since you're not up to date about a majority of how Sega has cut down and refined the game, you don't realize that they stripped certain aspects of the game right now because they either felt that people didnt want or needed it aka My/Room and Casino for examples. Theres also the other issue of when Microsoft payed Sega to release this in the West that they likely pushed the game out sooner than expected instead of having more ample time to work on the game but now a days companies release games in Beta form and finish them over time which is the clear case with NGS.

    2 other aspects you very likely don't know or realize is that Sega has a huge team for their Super Game no one knows about working on that project and currently a small team on NGS while still hiring people to work on the game. These 2 factors are very likely why things are going so slowly for the game.

    oh ya and the guy who almost killed PSO2 (HMZK) has been in charge of the game since NGS released so thats also not helping either.

    PSO2/NGS has never had a Slicer weapon, people would say the current weapons were sort of fused to take those properties and put them into one but theres never been a proper Slicer since PSO/PSU. Talis is technically suppose to be that but it doesn't work anywhere like a slicer outside normal throws. Same thing with PSU Whips, you want Whips? Then you use Wired Lances. You want Twin Claws? Then you use Knuckles or Wired Lances because Sega tends to use old models or similar onces as replacements for those 2 weapon categories.

    I want a lot of old weapon types to come back but thats hard to if thats going to happen or not when we're currently STILL going through base PSO2's classes but revamped for NGS so any actual new class with actual NEW weapon categories is still up in the air right now despite the player base wanting this for quite literally over 4-5yrs.

    Around Spring next year is when Luster or w/e they're calling it for NGS is suppose to release and that will be the last class that makes it into NGS. What this entails is whether or not they keep it to Gunslash only or they have a new weapon category attached to it, nobody knows but very likely they just keep it to Gunslash only which is fine because the 3 styles it had were very fun to play. After Luster is out, we very likely have to wait until around the 2nd half of the years Roadmap to see if they decide to announce the new class or around maybe October for a reveal. It's a real long time drag when it comes to new classes so unless they ramp up with more Dev's next year then its going to be awhile before we see any new classes. Hero, Phantom & Etoile are not coming back either, those 3 have had most of their gameplay mechanics already pushed into the currently classes so don't hope for these.

    Oh one last note from the wall-o-text, we've had FightGunner (Braver) and WarTecher (Bouncer) for classes but still no GunTecher (R/T atk) class for PSO2/NGS yet. It's really odd that we haven't had that hyrbid yet for a class (no subbing a tech class doesnt make up for it)

    Until now I was fine, but suddenly I miss slicers.

    I also miss when certain weapons had special abilities.
    I remember I had a gun in blue burst that had a chance to shoot down beams of light from the sky, for example.

    I also miss single hand daggers.

    What's the story behind this?

    Side note, I don't really feel like fighgunner is similar to braver unless you simply mean that its a melee class that can shoot stuff.
    But fighgunner mostly relied on causing status effects.

    He got put in charge as the head director during Ep 5 and almost killed the game with tons of bad decisions. Content was bad and content was also cut because they spent over a year rebalancing all the classes to be on par with Hero because Hero basically was the top class for too long. Myriad of other issues I don't feel like listing but HMZK is someone people don't like on both JP & Global.

    You might be asking, where are the better or original directors (not that they were any better at leading the game) currently at? well basically a majority of Sega's devs are working on their Super Game while leaving a small group to work on NGS. Sega is still hiring people to work for NGS but uh thats another small can o worms
