What private server is mostly used for psobb

Warrior-x from the old official servers here. Been thinking of playing some psobb of late, been wondering which private server is the more popular ones or has the most features. Anyone happens to know?

Very late replying, but popped back in, saw this thread and felt like I should reply even if it's been months. I feel like Ephinea is the best choice for PSOBB, it has fantastic quality of life improvements, client improvements to work on modern systems (I got it working fine on my win11 setup), a great community, and a lot of options. Ephinea also lets you choose between a vanilla PSOBB experience, Vanilla pre-ep4 experience, and a sandbox mode which lets you adjust xp gain and item loot. Also, from a cursory glance Ephinea has 220 people online across its different region setups, Ultima has 8, and Schtserv has 10.

Ultima and SCHTServ still do have people who login to those servers, but it really feels like most people are at Ephinea these days. And I haven't gone back to SCHTServ in a long time (and probably never will post drama that iirc resulted in everyones accounts getting wiped), but forever back I found their PSOBB support to be pretty lacking in terms of how it didn't really feel properly like retail and pretty much stuck to playing PSO GC most of the time because of that reason. Things might be better there on the BB side (GC has had a lot of work put into Ep3 there in the last five years), but I'm not really willing to go back.
