M.A.R.S. Training Center Limited Quest

What am I missing? I've went in and played around in that limited quest but it's not saying I completed it for some reason. There's no time limit or explaination on how to complete it anywhere I've looked so far. Any help will be appreciated.

Per the July 23rd NGS Headline, it has no clear conditions and thus can't be "completed." It is just a quest to practice with the M.A.R.S. and you need to manually abandon the quest whenever you are done.

Regarding this quest? It was removed shortly after this post was made, as was intended. According to the September Headline, they may bring it back as a permanent quest with some enhancements in December.
