Alternative thread title: No I will not join your discord, and I most certainly will not be posting in your subreddit.

I really do miss forums. There was a time where many niche interests had one or more active forums, but now everything is compartmentalized into either the tech giants, or alt-tech ghettos.

Also the irony of posting this on a nearly dead gaming forum is not lost on me.

Nearly dead? You are only truly dead when forgotten. And I for one, have not forgotten this place. Heck, it may be months, years, and I still remember my password here, because this place meant something, means something. Any other platform I have to keep resetting my password because I cant be bothered to remember them.
