When to use an Amplifier ?

When is it best to use an amplifier? Don't I need something to combine it with or can I just use it right away, to boost the power up?

You are not the only one with this problem. I also need to know what you need to use Amplifiers. I heard you need special barriers or something. But I don't think that was right.

To use the Amplifiers, you have to have special barriers. For example, to use the Amplifier of Red, you need to have a Red Barrier. Equip the Red Barrier, then use the Amplifier of Red. Your Barrier will turn into a Red Merge. Or, use a Amplifier of Rafoie, and it'll turn into a Rafoie Merge. That's what's up with the amplifiers.
