The 4th evo. will have different abbilities and possibly look better. The looks depend on your taste, the abbilities go by your play style. Some mags, heal you when your at 1/10 HP, some make you invincible, some revive you when you die, some cast SnD when you are at a boss or fill up your gauge. All depends on what abbilities you want your mag to have.
