Digi Cam Screen Captures?

on the New English Sonic Team Site it mentions a Capture using a Digital Camera,
does anyone know how this can be done? connecting cables etc etc etc. or simply "point and shoot" giving the horribly blurred images

You point the camera at the TV screen and take a shot (ugh ugh ugh).
When I took shots for nintendo power, I guess I turned off the lights in the room before doing it =;_;=

I used to do that to my chao(when I was obsessed with them), if you turn off the flash it doesn't look that bad.
