GC: Corrupt data on mem card, please help!

Hi!

I have a problem. When I started PSO today, the game told me that the data was corrupt and needed to be deleted. I don't want to delete the files, because I have spent many hours on the characters. (I have not yet played online.)

Please help a desperate player!

sorry, there's really nothing possible to do besides delete the character...

try deleting the guild card file in the gamecubes memory card manager screen ( the one you get when theres no game in the GC)

Are you using an official nintendo memory card?
unoficial third party ones cause problems with PSO

You can try the thing Rich_T suggested.
I got "mini corrupted" about a week ago.
It said it needed to delete my chars at the character selection screen.
All I did was turning off the power and take out and put in the memory card and it was fine again when I started the game.
