I personally have not heard of such a thing. I think that there are only Easter, Hallo, and Christmas Rappies.

Yep they're pretty scary lookin too...and they dropped Jack O' Laterns last year which is where you could get ver1 mag cells (churel, preta, soniti, etc). Nope I don't think there will be a July 4th patriotic rappy...hasn't been one since ver1

Sonic Team is not an American-oriented company. They are Japanese-oriented, and will celebrate any Japanese-celebrated holidays, including ones you wouldn't recognize, but they're still fun, like White Day.
