Get me a Spread Needle with just native or native and hit(dont need just hit) and you name something you can have it.

Why do you want a hacked/duped spread needle with super %, when you now have a chance of getting a legit spread needle!

Say I take his needle, I wouldnt use it, i have better(0/100/0/0 and 0/0/0/100/100), and id end up dumping it in some hard mode game because im out of stock room. or id get ti duped and trade it off as a legit one(could be what hes doing) HMMMMM.
