I recently noticed after beating all the sidequests offline that the color of their name changes. Initially the color of the name is green. After beating all the sidequests, the turned yellow. I wasn't sure what that was all about. I figured it denotes the difficulty rating. Not sure, but what does everyone else think or know?
They all turn yellow when they're completed. There's nothing special about it, unfortunately.
The yellow just shows that you can play them again as much as you like. Once every quest isi finished you can go back and do them over-- the main reason to do these are for the quest weapons/items, ie: Books of Katana, Soul Eater (I love this weapon!), Akiko's Frying Pan, Delsaber's Items... etc.
