XB-Item: question about hack

I Have a few questions about hacked items

1). if i take a hacked item online, and for some reason or another get caught having it( if they come out with a patch or something) will my character get deleted? or will the hacked item get deleted. or will my G.T. get deleted?

2) I already know that if i use, lets say, a rare hacked devil wings mag, and people i play with send a whole bunch of bad feedback, will my xbox live gamertag get deleted? or will my character get deleted. if i get a lot of bad feedback.

p.s. I want to use hacked stuff with my side character, not my main. because i think it is still ok to use hacked stuff on a side chatacter. my main character is totally legit.

I don't know how the feedback stuff works, but I doubt anyone monitors it at all. They may but I don't know since I dont own an XBOX. I can tell you this much for sure though, if your side character who uses dupes and hacks gets banned, so will your main character. Since all your characters share the same guild card number and are on the same account (same CD key and serial, same XB serial, same XBL account) when one is banned they all are.

In my opinion, a character is a character, no matter how often you use it. Even if you use hacked items on one of your characters and are legit with another, you are STILL using hacked items nonetheless.

ok, i got a devil wings and it is for a character i never plan on taking online.

I got the devil wings cauze my friend made a character named after some Final Fantasy Character, i think it was, sephroth or something like that. he said he had One wing, so i figured i would get it for him. but till he sees it, i was going to use it on my side force character, cauze it had 170 mind.

but thanks for the info anyway.

i am still against hackers/dupers.

but, the hack helped make my friends character look like what he wanted it to be. so...

when did gamecube players get mag cells?

cauze i am hoping to get a mag cell on xbox legitly.

Halloween and Christmas. Those are the only times you can get mag cells. Hey, just 4 more months.

This is prolly a stupid question, but how does one tell what's hacked and what's not? I just recently got back into PSO after buying the X-Box (played on the DC for a yr. or so) and I've had a few ppl. "being nice" and giving a lower lvl. character some items. I'd just hate to get banned or something for not knowing what I picked up from them was "bad".

Most common are mag cell mags, Black King Bar, Tsumikiri J-sword, Snow Queen, Dark flow/bridge/meteor, S-ranks, rings, Demonic Fork, Parasite wears, anything that requires photon drop exchange at Gallon's shop, and anything with crazy percents. Oh and also those stupid Al Rappy and Hildatorr units (which some people actually believe are real items), and any God/units with ++. That's all I can think of right now, I'm sure there's more. If anyone is overly generous about giving you uber rares, they're probably hacks, or at least dupes.

I wouldn't say "overly generous", just a weapon here and there, and it seems usually never to be anything spectacular. I just wanted to make sure. =D
