i just tried to go to play sega and fill out that poll or whatever and i cant get on. do u have to make a new id and password? i thought it would be the same id and pass u used for your HL but mines not working. so do i just make a new one?

I think the id and password is different for each region of PSO. Although I could be wrong.
Do you live in Europe? If not then you can't do the survey
Yeah, it's a EU only site. It's where we get our Hunter's Licences from.
I'm not even sure you have to log in to the site to fill it out, which really means you can enter as many times as you want... I think
You dont need to log in but in the T&C it says you can only fill it out once
They should have specified this in the news posting on the main page, I went on their as well trying to get in, until I learned it was EU only.
