I need Lavis help.

I'm trying to get the double cannon on DC v.2. I know it exists on v.2. When I check to see how to get it it says I have to merge Lavis blade with syncesta. The Lavis blade also exists on v.2, but aparently syncesta does not. How do I get the double cannon?
