Where do the good rares show up at?

I am having trouble finding rares, I am on Vhard Mines and i find gay stuff, the best I have found is like a delsaber buster and a hiddleblue's cane (which I can't use) and a couple of pretty common rares. I am cerently looking for the Yamoto, I have fought the dragon like 7 times in a row, NOTHING

Hey, I'm sorry, it's just that there is no BEST place to look for rares, they depend on your section ID, where you're looking, and the enemy that drops it.
