Are the servers down right now?

I was just playing in a passworded game with LastUtopia and someone else, and we were in the room just before the dragon. I was typing, but nothing appeared. I decided it might be a sign of BSOD, so I quickly deposited everything at the Bank, and sent LastUtopia a Simple Mail saying I had to go, look for this topic at PSOworld. I signed off, and I tried signing back on. It said the servers were down, possibly due to matinenece. Is this happening to anyone else? Or is it just my new ISP? Thanks for your help.

I was just on for the past couple of hours. When I first tried I couldn't get on, but after that I got on fine.
