XBox: Please help, how to use Kit of Master System

I play on X-Box, found the item during the game and need to know how to use the kit of master system, i looked it up on this website except that didn't help. Can someone please tell me how to use this item!!

You need to use it on a Mark III mag that is level 50 or higher, and your characters level must be above 70. Full guide here,

Just thought i'd mention, you CAN NOT find a Kit of Master System legitly in the Xbox version of the game. Some idiot just dropped a hacked one to make you think it was legit. This is a very common practice.
