I thought you can only do this offline but in the Seasonal Monsters section it says you can find those rappies by useing the telepipe trick during the time period. If the rappies only appear online then how can you do the telepipe trick to find them?! *is very confused*
as far as i know, telepiping doesn't work online. you'll have to leave that game completely and make a new one (at least thats what i and a ton of other players did around easter).
Yeah, when you're offline and you pipe up to the ship and back down to Ragol, the game reloads the enemies. But online, the game has Ragol and the Ship loaded up at the same time.
An example to help me illustrate is like if you were piping up and down while I was sitting here staring at the enemy you wanted to reappear as a rare one.
