Will PSO Ep 3 only be card battle? Or can you do normal game play?

Can you transfer your Episode 1 & 2 characters over? And back?
How many people will be willing to pay for a online card game? Most people just might download an online black jack game or something.

300 cap?
No you cant transfer but can use same HL as Ep1&2
This game is far better than a freakin black jack. Go read the faqs before you post questions like this.
