The difference between the E levels and J levels etc.

Myself and nearly everyone I have ever seen online, has an E before their level. EX. E112 or E052. However, I have seen some people with J172 etc. And I think I may have seen another letter, although im not sure. Can anyone tell me what these mean?

It's their language setting...
E = English
J = Japanese

S=spanish
G=German
F=French
