Controlling NPC's?

I don't get the gameplay in Episode III.
I mean, if like, Krantz turns out to be very popular.
You will look at a game, and see four Krantz or something, all have same name, same ID and all are RAmar.
Either, can you choose Krantz and rename him. Or can I join games a my Glorfindel example and then just control Krantz in that battle?

Nono, you still make a char like normal. When your creating a deck, you chose which NPC you want. You can do this everytime you create a new deck. Its only when in battle you play as the NPC,and your name doesnt change, just the body, during the battle.

you can rename Kranz only if that character its from your deck, the COM KRANZ cant rename
