    Speaking personally.

PSO World can no longer claim to not advocate cheating.

Leaving the board up is against what was the 'offical' stance of PSO World, but since 2 out of 3 admins want to keep it. . . . . .

    This is absurd.

I think I've seen all I need to on this board.

This kind of reminds me of people who are against pornography, the people who speak out and throw a big fit about how its ruining america are usually the ones who are so into it, that they assume everyone else is, and want to ban it so they arent tempted. (ie jim baker) while the average american doesnt really care either way. Kinda like cheaters, some people are so tempted they want to get rid of it in all forms so they dont need to restrain themselves, while most of us dont really care.
    thank god cooler heads prevailed.

Well, hold on a sec, Ambrai... I think you may be taking this one step too far. Just because some people discuss crimes over the phone does not mean that the national telephone infrastructure is 'corrupt'.

In the same vein, just because some people use the Trading Forum for trading duiped items does not, I feel mean that the "official" stance of PSOWorld has changed, and now somehow advocates cheating. That's a bit of a stretch, if you ask me.

You were surprised Ambrai? We already know Gideon has no problem accepting dupes as gifts why wouldnt he be ok with trading them...

Manifest your way out of line, I think you owe Ambrai an appology, thats some shady shit your saying.

On the one hand, I'm upset and I'm sure some duped votes got through. On the other hand, I feel adding or removing an entire forum should be at least a 2/3 majority vote, and based on that I don't think we would have had the votes anyway.

I'll still use PSO World's General forum just as I still play PSO online in locked games. No need to throw out the baby with the bath water. I'm just disappointed at how much bath water there is and how little baby...

how am I "out of line"? I simply drew a comparison between two schools of belief. I didnt direct it at anyone in particular, but rather a group of people.

Manifest, you're out of line because you're accusing us anti-cheaters of being so into cheating that we want to ban them so we won't get tempted.

It's wrong and insulting. Those of use who are against cheating are AGAINST CHEATING. Why the hell would we want to cheat if we were against cheating?

BTW, you're equally wrong about anti-pornagraphy people. A lot of my friends are anti-pornography and female--they aren't closet lesbians...

I didnt "accuse" anyone. I simply made a blanket statement of my opinion. If youre so against cheating why dont you just do like the average non cheater and ignore it? if you arent cheating, or helping others cheat then what other people do shouldnt matter. Its all a game anyways.
