Hey, Sorry, I really don't understand your question. (Probably because I'm really tired)
You gain cards by playing a battle with someone.
We don't know what section ID's are used for.
You can make a FO if you want, and use FO specific cards on that character.

If you mean base deck it is always the same.
Sorry, my stupid little brother asked that when i was not home. I think he meant when you are level one do all the arks start out with the same cards and the Hunters start out with the same cards, no matter what character... I think. lol
