Ahhh it is showing up now, looks like that special partisan, the one that steals TP, can never remember its name even though I've been using it the last 10 hours or so on my main character

It looks like a Brionac to me. According to their profile, they do have a char of an ID that can get a Brionac from a Nano Dragon. But, if it is really called "Stick" then why not show a picture with its name?
