    I've been playing PSO for a month now,last week my DC broke so i got a new one.
    Now i can't use my characters online on my new dc, so i called Sega to reset my account on the pso servers.1st they told me it woud take 24 hours but after 48 hours i called them to ask how much time i had to wait, now they tell me that they don't know...

    So if someone had a simillar experience can you tell me how much time it took for you to reset your pso account?

    I called Sega on 8th March to get my online registration reset. Eventually after further phone calls and email messages I was able to get back online with a new console on the 24th March.
