Submitting Movies, Pictures, etc...

I was wondering how one can submit movies and stuff available for download on the website? I just recorded the introduction to PSO Ep.1&2, where everyone is doing their attacks by the beach (with the titles HUmar, HUnewearl, etc.) and I don't think there is a submit feature. Anyway one can submit, or do we just post a message with the movie, pic or URL to said item?
